Our Return Policy
Sustain Beauty Co has a 30-day return policy for all unused products. Shipping is non-refundable. All returns need to be returned in their original packaging, in new condition with no parts missing for a full refund.
Exceptions to the condition will be considered based on programs offered by each individual brand, like the ECOHEADS North America
buy-back program. Any fees or processing administrative charges due to charge backs or claims made will be deducted from the final refund.
*Please note that some of our products are final sale, including Scrummi salon and spa products.
Initiating Your Return
We offer the option for self-service returns, or to contact our team to initiate the return for you.
For self-service returns, you can login to your account and select the order or item you would like to return. Your request will then be sent to our team for approval. You will, then, receive return instructions, ship the item back to our team, and receive a refund based off of the condition that the product is received in.
Shipping Your Return Items
Your item must be shipped back in the following manner:
- Must be sent in a shipping box, please DO NOT ship in the branded product box
- Please add packaging material (bubble wrap etc.) to protect your product
