HOT TIP (pun intended): If you are using it to remove product, like in a facial treatment, place your towels in the caddy before your service while soaking wet. Scrummi has to be much more wet than a cotton towel because it it incredibly absorbent. So as long as the towels are added to the caddy SUPER wet, it will work beautifully.
