Well, that’s the opposite of what should be happening! Something is definitely amuck, so follow these sense-checking items.
Did you just install the showerhead?
- Make sure the hose is not kinked.
- Unscrew the showerhead, adapter, and hose (if needed) to check there are no washers or anything else obstructing the water flow.
- If the first two steps do not resolve it, screw the hose back on, but not the nozzle and turn on the faucet. See if the flow seems strong or not. If it is not strong, the low pressure is coming from the water source and will need a plumber. If it is strong, there is something restricting the water flow from the connection in the head. Double-check the washers on both sides of the adapter.
If that does not resolve the issues, please contact our support team. If the issue is not the basin, or a kink in installation, we have specialty showerhead parts designed to increase pressure. Give us a call or text at +1 (562) 453-3846 or email us at support@sustainbeauty.co
If you've had the nozzles for over 30 days
If there is a sudden or slow progression toward lower pressure, it means your filter has caught a bunch of stuff from your pipes and needs a scrub-a-dub-dub! Please follow the filter maintenance instructions.
