Thank you so much for letting us know. As much as we try to lovingly package your new beloved products safely, things happen when they are released into the real world. Here's what is next:
- Send photos of the damaged box and products. The more the merrier. Text or email the products to the Sustain Beauty Co team member assisting you.
- The Sustain Beauty Co team will file a claim on your behalf.
To put this whole ugly mess behind you, we will handle the chaos with UPS, Fedex, USPS and reship your products.
NOTE: We must know about the damage ASAP in order to assist in filing a claim. After three months, the carrier may not honor the claim.
